Repeat two to three times:
  1. 50 high knees
  2. 10 reptile push-ups
  3. 10 plank jumps
  4. 10 kettlebell swings
  5. 10 air squats
  6. 10 pike push-ups
  7. 10 walking lunges
  8. 10 burpees
  9. 10 V-ups
  10. 10 T-plank twists
