CONSTIPATION


Constipation?

Constipation occurs when bowel movements become difficult or less frequent. The normal length of time between bowel movements ranges widely from person to person. Some people have bowel movements three times a day; others, only one or two times a week. Going longer than three days without a bowel movement is too long. After three days, the stool or feces become harder and more difficult to pass.
Now a days most of the people have constipation in the morning. An important function of the body is to get rid of the waste but if that waste isn't eliminated, it can lead to bloating, indigestion, etc.
Here are some tips and food to get a constipation free morning.

FOR EASY MORNING (without Constipations):-


  • Establish a regular routine for eating and sleeping. This is most important factor.
  • Always chew your food at least 20 times for better digestion and always eat slowly.
  • Your diet should include at least one helping of raw vegetables and 2 fruits. Supplement this with at least 10-12 glasses of water a day.
  • Be active and exercise regularly.
  • Always try to drink two glass of warm water with lemon juice.
  • Try to take probiotics.
  • Never resist to urge to go to the toilet, even if the toilets are dirty.

SUPER FOOD FOR GREAT MORNING:-

  • Buttermilk:- It is just perfect for the smooth functioning of your digestion tract because it contains probiotics.
  • Raisins and figs:- High in fibre, they improve digestion and provide relief from constipation.
  • Papaya:- It contains the enzyme papain. Papain is used for pain and swelling (inflammation) as well as fluid retention following trauma and surgery. It is used as a digestive aid and for treating parasitic worms
  • Pineapple:- It contains bromelain which aids digestive functioning. It also helps to reduce the weight. It is also good for heart related problems.
  • Ginger:- It boosts the secretion of digestive enzymes.

Cause and Home remedies for DIARRHOEA


Common Causes of Diarrhoea

  • • Stress or anxiety

  • • Infection caused by virus or bacteria

  • • Infected food 

  • • Infected water

  • • Drinking too much alcohol

  • • Side effect from some medicines

Home Remedies for Diarrhoea

Tip 1:

Mash a ripe banana. Mix with 1 tsp of tamarind pulp and a pinch of salt. Take twice a day.

Tip 2:

Drink a cup of strong black tea or coffee. It is very effective in controlling diarrhea.

Tip 3:
Powder 1/4 tsp of cardamom seeds. Boil this in thin tea water. Add a bit of sugar for taste and drink.

Tip 4:
Soak 2 -3 tsp coriander seeds overnight in half a cup of water. Make a coarse paste mix in a glass of butter milk and drink.

Tip 5:
Make a paste of 15-20 tender curry leaves. Mix in 1 tsp honey and drink.

Tip 6:
Mix 1/4 tsp nutmeg powder with 1 ripe banana and eat.

Tip 7:
A tsp of date paste mixed with 1 tsp honey. To be taken 4-5 times a day.

Tip 8:
Mix 1 cup pomegranate juice with 1 cup of sugar cane juice. Have 4 times a day.

Tip 9:
Have 1 cup of fresh Pomegranate juice 3-4 times a day.

Tip 10:
Dry Mango seeds in the shade for 3-4 days. Powder and store in a bottle. Take ½ a tspn of this powder with either sugar or honey.
