ways that i used to reduce my anger

I try to avoid everyone until my anger reduces.
I drink more and more water so that my anger gets under control.
I go for a walk in park.
When my anger gets very high i try to write something on paper and then crush this helps a lot for anger management.
Listen to my fav. songs and try to sing them.
Try to control anger for my family. This one is most important. Thinking about family helps a lot in anger management.
