Use lemon
Squeeze a lemon and extract the juice from it, dash it with half table spoon of baking soda and one cup of water. Stir until the baking soda mixed completely. Drink it and find the relief from gastric trouble. If you are questing for instant relief add baking soda to water and drink it in the morning with empty stomach.

Take the warm water and add it three table spoons of apple cider vinegar to it, allow it to reach the room temperature and consume it for the instant relief from the gastric trouble problem. You can use normal vinegar instead of apple cider.
For the fast recovery from the gastric problem avoid red pepper, strong teas, coffees, sour food items, alcohol, pastries, cakes and meat.
